This site is run by Raghav V Kedia (Kedvantage Technology Solutions, Mumbai). It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

What I collect

Only what you type into the free-assessment form: your name, your business or profession, your WhatsApp number and your message. If you message me on WhatsApp or email me, I receive what you send there.

Why

To reply to your request and discuss the assessment. I don't use it for anything else, and I never sell it or share it beyond the two services named below.

Where it goes

The form is delivered to my email inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. The site's visitor counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

How long I keep it

If we don't start working together, I delete your details within 12 months. If we do, they are kept for as long as the engagement and any legal record-keeping require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing raghavkedia@kedvantage.in.
